    Yes. We ensure our clients are working with qualified GC's, and we ensure the GC is accountable.

    3. How do you handle VE and scope changes?

    Scope changes are unique and handled on a case-by-case basis.

    4. What does reporting look like?

    Reporting structure is based on AIA and CSI requirements & nomenclature.

    On-site requirements are negotiated pre-engagement
